Yesterday, the Environmental Protection Agency and Vice President Kamala Harris announced revisions to the 1991 Lead and Copper Rule which will usher in lead water service line replacements and upgrades across the country.

The Water & Health Advisory Council applauds this decision, and strongly endorses science-based risk and cost analysis to ensure funding is allocated towards the greatest risks to our drinking water supply.
